5 full days of plant-based meals each week, including breakfasts, lunches, dinners, snacks, and desserts – which leaves you flexibility for eating out or other recipes you love as well.
You receive a printable shopping list with all ingredients needed for the weekly meal plan – as well as tips for meal prep.
In addition to the weekly plans, you get access to a members-only Facebook group so you can ask questions and have them answered by a dietitian.
Each month there is at least 1 live Q&A session with dietitian Kristina Todini, RDN to support and motivate you.

That means you'll get done-for-you meal plans and shopping lists that you can start using each and every week.
This will save you hours each week, which means you'll have more time to spend with your loved ones – without worrying about what to eat.
What if I can't eat completely plant-based?
I totally get it! This is such a common fear that holds us back from taking action, and I want to say that it doesn't have to be all or nothing.
That's why each week I'm giving you 5 full days of meals to eat plant-based, and not 7 days. That means that about 75% of your weekly meals will be a nourishing and plant-filled meal that was created by a dietitian.
You can choose to eat whatever you want on the other two days a week, which gives you the flexibility for non-vegan meals and eating out.
What if I get bored with the meals?
These meal plans are seasonal and change each and every week, with a focus on healthy, nourishing meals and also more indulgent meal options.
You will get 2 different breakfasts, 5 lunch and dinners, and 3 snacks and desserts each and every week. Which helps you streamline your cooking and shopping, while also trying something new each day.
In addition, you can suggest recipes in the community. I'm developing and testing new recipes each week to share with you!

Yes, you've got this! Joining Plant Powered Kitchen Club means you're committing to making plant-based meals at home for most days of the week. You're also getting the support of a community of eaters who all have the same goal (and are eating the same foods each week!).
Then this meal plan membership is made for you! I intentionally created this club to include meal plans for just 5 days of every week to give you the flexibility to eat other meals you enjoy without wasting food (I hate food waste). You can choose to keep eating vegan meals on other days, make other non-vegan meals you enjoy, or use those days to eat out.
The meal plans are delivered each Wednesday via a PDF document that is sent to you via email. You can then download the document, print the grocery list, and shop for the ingredients before the next week.
You have lifetime access to all weekly meal plans that are delivered each week. You have access to the Facebook community and other resources while you are a paying monthly or annual member.
I am 100% confident in the quality of Plant Powered Kitchen Club. If for any reason you would like to cancel your membership, simply cancel your membership. You have 30 days after first joining to get a refund.
