Each meal plan has an in-app clickable grocery list that can also be printed with all ingredients needed for the weekly meal plan – as well as tips for meal prep.

My goal is to speed up the planning, shopping, and cooking process for you so you can see start eating more plants ASAP.
That means you'll get done-for-you meal plans and shopping lists in the app that you can start using TODAY.
This will save you hours planning out meals and wondering what to cook each week, which means you'll have more time to spend with your loved ones.
What if I can't eat completely plant-based?
I totally get it! This is such a common fear, and I want to say that it doesn't have to be all or nothing.
That's why each week I'm giving you 5 full days of planned plant-based meals, and not 7 days. That means that about 75% of your weekly meals will be a nourishing and plant-filled meal that was created by a dietitian.
You can always choose to add more meals to your plan in the app, but I want to be realistic and leave room for you to enjoy other meals you love (plant-based or not).
What if I get bored with plant-based meals?
The meal plans are hyper seasonal and change each and every week, with a focus on healthy, nourishing recipes for MOST meals – and also more indulgent meal options from time-to-time.
You will get 2 different breakfast, 5 lunch and dinner, and at least 1 snacks and 1 dessert option each and every week. Which helps you streamline your cooking and shopping, while also trying something new each day.
In addition, you can suggest recipes in the community. I'm developing and testing new recipes each week to share with you!

Yes, you've got this! Joining Plant Powered Kitchen Club means you're committing to making plant-based meals at home for most days of the week. You're also getting the support of a community of eaters who all have the same goal (and are eating the same foods each week!).
Then this meal plan membership is made for you! I intentionally created this club to include meal plans for just 5 days of every week to give you the flexibility to eat other meals you enjoy without wasting food (I hate food waste). You can choose to keep eating vegan meals on other days, make other non-vegan meals you enjoy, or use those days to eat out.
The meal plans are delivered each Wednesday inside the exclusive membership app and you also receive a weekly email reminder (with fun goodies each week). You can then use the app to add or take away meals to finalize your meal plan, and then use it as a clickable grocery list (or download the entire meal plan and list) to shop for the ingredients before next week.
You have access to the meal plan app and Facebook community while you are a paying monthly or annual member. You have access to whatever meal plans and resources you download for life.
I am 100% confident in the quality of Plant Powered Kitchen Club. If for any reason you would like to cancel your membership, simply cancel your membership. You have 30 days after first joining to get a refund, and if you cancel in the middle of a month you will stay a member until that month is over.
